🧺 Pre-Order Policies

Items marked as Pre-Order are not yet released and are still within the official pre-order period.

Down Payment

  • A down payment is required for each pre-order item. The amount is indicated on the product page.
  • No reservation or slot will be secured without a down payment.
  • Down payments are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable, unless the pre-order is canceled by the supplier or unallocated.

Placing Pre-Orders

  • Via Website: Add to cart and proceed to checkout.
  • Via Facebook: Comment β€œ+1” on the post, then send us a screenshot of your down payment via PM.

Pre-Order Promo

To avail of the pre-order promo price, submit a screenshot of your payment confirmation on or before the pre-order deadline.


πŸ“¦ Back Order Policy

Items marked as Back Order are past the pre-order deadline but may still be available from our distributor. Availability is subject to confirmation, and orders are placed only after a down payment is made.

  • Please confirm the item’s availability before making a down payment.
  • Once confirmed, we will order the item from our distributor to secure your slot.
  • Orders are processed immediately β€” cancellations and refunds are strictly not allowed.
  • Back order items are not reserved until payment is made.
  • Prices may vary for back order items depending on distributor rates and market demand.

πŸ›οΈ In Stock Policy

Items marked as In Stock are on-hand and available for release.

  • These may be cross-posted on other platforms and/or displayed in our physical cabinet at Hobby Kaikan, so availability may change quickly.
  • Once availability is confirmed, customers must pay in full or place a non-refundable down payment to reserve the item.
  • Reservations are valid only until the agreed date.
  • If unpaid by that date, the reservation will be forfeited and the item will be reposted for sale. Down payments are non-refundable.

❌ Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations are only allowed within 24 hours after placing an order, and only if the item is still within the pre-order period. If the pre-order deadline has already passed, cancellations will no longer be accepted even if the 24-hour window has not yet elapsed.Β 
  • Once this 24-hour window has passed, any down payment made for back orders or pre-order items is strictly non-refundable and cannot be transferred to other items, even if the pre-order deadline is still ongoing.
  • Orders cannot be canceled due to box dents, shipment delays, or similar concerns.

πŸ•’ Order Holding Period

  • Checked out orders on the website without down payment will be held for a maximum of 3 days.
  • If payment is not received within that period, the order will be automatically cancelled and the item will be reposted for selling without further notice.
  • If you still wish to purchase the item after cancellation, you may place a new order.
  • Back Orders are subject to availability. Please send us a message to check the latest stock status and pricing.

  • For items under allocation, orders are processed on a first-pay, first-served basis.

πŸ’³ Balance & Release

  • Pay your remaining balance within 3 days of receiving your item release notice.
  • To extend your payment deadline by 7 days, a β‚±20 fee per item will apply.
  • Unpaid balances after the deadline result in forfeited reservations. Items may still be claimed if available, but there is no guarantee.

  • Release, shipping, and arrival dates are estimates and may change without notice.
  • Prices and item details may also change based on distributor updates.

🚚 Shipment & Return Policies

Shipping Fees

  • The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs.

Shipping Schedule

  • As a small team, we appreciate your patience. Shipping is scheduled and may not happen daily.

Shipping Options

  • We ship nationwide via LBC or GoGo Xpress at the buyer’s own risk.
  • Same-day delivery within Manila, Cavite, and Laguna via Grab or Lalamove, also at buyer’s risk.

Shipping Damages

  • Collectors Base PH is not liable for damages incurred during shipping.
  • We send photos of your item before shipping to ensure quality upon dispatch.

Returns for Defects

  • Returns for factory defects are subject to approval by our supplier/distributor.
  • Inspect inner packaging before opening. Once opened, the item is considered accepted.

Box Condition

  • Minor box dents or imperfections are not valid for returns or refunds.
  • We pack securely, but box wear during transit may occur.

Return Shipping

  • All return shipping costs will be shouldered by the buyer.

  • Physical Display: Visit our in-stock items at our rented cabinets HK-157 and HK-158 inside Hobby Kaikan – 3rd Floor, Festival Mall, Alabang, Muntinlupa City.
  • Walk-ins are welcome. Hobby Kaikan staff can assist with direct purchases.
